Message	with your gauge and i installed my own white face guages and had no problems in my 90zx , but when i had a brand new engine installed last week, the needle has now started going 3/4's of the way up closer to the H(even with the plastic coolant bottle full).....and what tells me your gauge may still be good is my car is reading the same but does not act or smell like its running hot...like yours....this is also something that was NOT happening when i had the old engine in....dude who put the engine in is going to fix this weekend...
